Payment and Cancellation Policies

Naturopathic services do not have HST, however some laboratory testing and products sold in conjunction with these services require HST to be applied.

All fees listed are in effect as of September 1, 2019.

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of the visit, when lab tests are ordered and on receipt of naturopathic prescriptions.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by cash, debit, VISA and MasterCard. Please note: There is a $25 fee for NSF cheques.

Cancellation policy

Appointments may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before a scheduled visit. Missed appointments will be billed to the patient at 100% of the scheduled visit fee.

Are naturopathic services covered by my insurance?

OHIP does not cover naturopathic services. However, many private and extended health insurance plans do. Please check your benefits package or contact your health insurer for details.
